im thinking of two things...which may or may not make sense, im just thinking of them im not an engineer....you say your exhaust is hot...and if thats true...combustion chamber temps are probably hot...perhaps the maf is defective, or you have a VACUUM leak (on intake side of turbo), and are running lean, cuasing temps to go up, and timing to be retarded resulting in loss of power...however i dont know the exact ways the ecu works... and second...you say you smell un burnt fuel out of your exhaust(idea 1 wouldnt make sense)...maf still defective...cuasing too much fuel to be added, not letting spark get hot enough to burn enough fuel. again im no super z mechanic...but just thinking of what i can...however i still say the dyno should give you a good clue...and definetly swap your maf out for a known good one
